Haul: Mac, Benefit, Illamasqua,some thoughts

Here is what I grabbed from the Mac All Ages,All Races, All Sexes Collection :)

I love matte eye shadows! I thought Mac All Races would be perfect for the neutral eyes.

I fell in love with Macs Show stopper right away I love the dark colour in the palette it will come into many uses as I love using dark browns they're so versatile espicially for the smokey eyes or dakening of the crease. Plus I dont own that many dark browns I need more brown shades....

I got the Mac Taupe & Black Brow pencils. I am really into my brows I'd rather not wear any foundation or any make up and only do my brows, for me it really frames my face. For some reason I've never been into brow pencils I prefer using a dark brown eye shadow with an angled brush along with a brow setter, it works so much easier for me.

I thought I'd try out Mac's brow pencils. They come with a cream like texture (once warm I hate using it when the pencil is cold dont get much use out of them otherwise). What I do is fill in my brows with the pencil and draw the arch with a angled brush I find it gives a more percise finish.

Laugh with me Lee Lee by Benefit: This fragrance comes in a cute lil packaging, I didnt throw it away. when im going out I usually dash this one in my bag. I just cant get enough of this perfume. It has a floral-woody fragrance, which incorporates notes of currant leaves and buds, melon, citruses, black violet, lily, jasmine. I'm using it up like crazy! I love loove it so much.. :)

I finally got Dallas by Benefit! And I must say the scent of their products is so lovely I can sniff it all day so refreshing. Dallas is such a pretty colour it gives a really fresh glow to my cheeks I purchased it purely because it gave my cheeks a natural rosey finish.

My very new Bronzing duo! cant get enough of this.. Since purchasing this product I haven't gone a single day without using it.

I thought I'd try out Illamasqua bronzers. The MUA applied some of the bronzing powder onto my cheeks it looked so natural agains my skin not too orangey like other bronzers and netheir did it look unatural or too obvious. I'm using this one a lot espicially when in a hurry for work or just going out in general.

The highlighter is very natural it has a very light peachy colour to it with gold under tones the texture goes on like silk, on my skin and it doensn't look like I have so much on. I find it really defines my cheeks and gives it a lift. The Bronzer is called Glint and Garnish for those of you who would love to try this one out :)

Mac Colour Craft Collection

What I picked out from the Colour Craft Collection:

Colour Crafted Lipstick

Has a frosty formula, but I don't find it to look like a frost at all.It is like a creamy pastel pink

Natural Flare Quad
I'm loving the orange colour from this quad!
Cant wait to use it

Cheeky Bronzer
Improvise
A gorgeous peachy colour also the very first thing
that caught my eye as soon as I stepped into Mac :)
I fell in love with it!

Cheeky Bronze & Improvise
Cheeky Bronze is much more pigmented than Improvise which is slightly darker. While Improvise gives a very soft glow look.

Prep + Prime with MAC Line Filler

Haul
Prep + Prime Line Filler (£12.72) – use after applying foundation or you can apply before makeup.

Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Powder (£15.17) - invisible powder to set makeup and cover up any shiny patches on the face.
(I'm currently using this to fil in bottom lid lines after appying concealar)
For the past few days, I’ve been testing out Prep + Prime Line Filler and Prep an Prime Transparent Finishing Powder to see if my skin looked smoother, flawless and or if anyone even noticed!

Okay! Over my regular moisturiser, I first applied MAC P+P Line Filler and looked carefully into the mirror to see any noticeable wrinkle areas so I know where I need to apply - i.e the outer corners of my eyes. The formula was a bit thick and heavy, creating sort of a top layer anywhere I applied it. I know this is probably the point of the product but I was hoping that Prep + Prime Line Filler would sink into my skin and fill in the lines a little bit more.

Next I applied Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Powder (under eye lids). The texture of this product was lighter and applied on like a feather. I did notice less appearance of shiny patches on my fore head espicially as thats the main spot where the shine tends to adhere a lot.
So I was quite pleased with this product :D

Combination Skin: Face Routine

Daily Face Routine

Clinique : Dramatically Different Moisturiser

Many people on You tube have asked me on many occasions how I keep my face looking so spot free and glowy, all I have to say is its all down to the simple techniques of using my lotion regularly. The lotion I regularly use is Clinique Dramatically Different moisturiser Lotion I have been using this lotion for over 1 year now and I still love it just as much as the first time I used it.

I was introduced to Clinique products by chance. When I was shopping in John Lewis ,I find it a very a lightweight moisturising lotion I usually massage it all over my face, neck and throat areas every mornings after I popped out the shower. The lotion is a very soft yellow in colour and comes in a clear bottle and usually disappears as you put it all over the face.

I throw on just 2 squirts into the palm of my hands and it goes on very evenly all over the face. After I apply this moisturising lotion, I can hardly feel it on my face; my pores feel cool unclogged, it refreshes my face all over. It sinks right into my skin without feeling greasy. I love the lightweight feeling of it. I know it is there because my skin feels it and you can tell that it is doing its job of moisturising. My skin looks much healthier when using this product. I have combination skin on my face and I've never had a problem with it feeling greasy or sticky or causing any breakouts. I think it is a good formula for all skin types.

Although Clinique markets this product as "fragrance free," it does have a slight scent. It is nothing offending so it should not cause a problem.

I always use Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion both alone and under foundation. It performs the same way either way you use it. I was worried about my skin being oily using it under foundation but it sinks right into your skin. No problems at all. This is a great moisturiser to use either way or both ways.

BodyShop: Moringa Body Butter

I love to use Moringa Body Butter on my feet and it is one of the best smelling body butters! It lingers beautifully all day. I love all of The Body Shop body butters but this is by far one of my favorites. If you love floral scents this is a must have.

I love this body butter. The scent is perfect for me, a lovely flowery scent that isn't sickly sweet. Plus, it goes well with my perfume. The texture of the butter isn't too greasy, which I find is a problem with the more 'nutty' butters. A little goes a pretty long way, but make sure not to leave the lid off! (I'm a lazy bum and forgot to cover it for a few days - it goes thick, and gets impossible to spread: if you've only left it out one night or so, just add a few drops of water and cover it again for a day and it should be fine but any longer than that you're done).
